RENTAL RATE INCREASE

 Due to constant pressure on running costs (power and other utilities, administration, repairs, advertising, replacement of major appliances, etc.) we have no choice but to increase our rates in the very near future. Please understand that we are merely trying to keep up and not scheming to increase our profit margins. These increases will not affect rentals already approved nor pending reservations against which the required minimum advance has been paid. They will, however, affect future rentals to new guests.  If you plan to make a reservation or have placed a reservation but have not yet paid the required advance, please make the required payment within the next few days.  We accept Master Charge, Visa and Amex credit cards.  You may prefer the more economical Bank transfers.  Either way, please do not delay: it is in your interest to act promptly and in ours to serve you at rates that are attractive to you.
